Managers   Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of business dynamics and operations. Be able to manage and mentor lower level staff. Be willing to meet client deadlines and needs. Candidates must possess 7 or more years of audit and tax experience. Ability to think strategically, assist within the organization and manage a team. Responsibilities also include professional day-to-day management of audits, engagements and special projects. Serve a variety of clients within multiple industries as well as individuals. Assist partners in new business development and practice administration.   Seniors   Ideal candidate must possess 4+ years recent national firm experience with diversified industries and clientele. Candidate must be familiar with audit, reviews, compilations and preparation of corporate and partnership tax returns. The successful candidate must be able to supervise and mentor lower level staff, interact with clients, meet deadlines, work within a team and have strong organizational, interpersonal and computer skills.   Semi-seniors   Ideal candidate should possess 2+ years of public accounting and tax experience. Candidate should be familiar with all aspects of the audit process and tax preparation.
